Body found in Lake Los Angeles

LAKE LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles County homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death of a man found early Friday in the community of Lake Los Angeles. The body was discovered at 3:20 a.m. In the 16800 block of Valeport Avenue, sheriff’s deputies said. The victim’s name had not been released. Assuming the case is ruled a homicide, it would be the second reported in the Antelope Valley this year – both in Lake Los Angeles.
